XPUP · the wallet
Your identity, health, conversations, Life OS. Everything client-side, signed by your vault key, synced across your own devices.
XPUP is the sovereign data wallet for your identity, health, conversations, and AI. You've trained a dozen AI assistants with your life story. They own that context. XPUP flips it — the context lives in your wallet, and nothing leaves until you say so.
Built around the SOVRN Wallet · Mac + iPhone · Pocket NUCLEUS optional
Three apps, one architecture. XPUP holds the data. NUCLEUS is the AI. LVLUP is the game that turns the data into XP. Each one works on its own; together they're a sovereign life operating system.
Your identity, health, conversations, Life OS. Everything client-side, signed by your vault key, synced across your own devices.
Your personal agent, running on your Mac. Freddy sees exactly what you choose to share — nothing more. Local LLM, local voice, local brain.
Life is the game. Verified missions grant signed XP; stats grow; your reputation is cryptographically yours. No leaderboard sold to anyone.
Claude knows your projects. ChatGPT knows your health notes. Gemini knows your schedule. Every one of them keeps a one-way copy and sells the aggregate. XPUP is the opposite shape: your context lives in your wallet, and consumers (CleanAI, NUCLEUS, future agents) ask for scoped access — the same way a mobile app asks for location.
Every section of the wallet is designed to tell you exactly what's inside. Collapsible by default; expand what you want to inspect; no gradients hiding ugly numbers.
Live product screenshots land here once we open the beta.
I'm Addison. I got tired of handing my life away in exchange for productivity. XPUP is the sovereign-data layer I wanted to exist. If the architecture clicks for you, I'd love your feedback inside the private beta.
Sovereign #8FC420Every month, more of your signal is captured by an assistant you don't own. XPUP flips the shape before the pattern is locked in. The architecture is boring on purpose: local-first wallet, signed packets, consumer-approved reads. Nothing new to invent — just applied in the right order.
On your device. Vault + packet in your browser's secure storage; blobs in IndexedDB. Nothing is on our servers unless you explicitly opt in to a hosted feature. Cross-device sync hops through the SOVRN Relay, which forwards signed packets but can't read them.
A pocket-sized hardware companion that talks to the NUCLEUS runtime on your Mac. It's how you keep Freddy with you when you're away from your desk. Optional — the full stack works without it.
The beta is deliberately small while we iterate on edges. Codes are cryptographically-signed invites with an expiry; I mint them in batches and watch the first wave of feedback carefully.
Free during the private beta. The wallet itself will always be free. Hosted convenience features (sync relay, hosted inference) will have a pay-what-covers-cost tier at launch — no surveillance economics.
If you want NUCLEUS (Freddy chat) on your own hardware, yes — Ollama + a 7B-class model on your Mac. If you just want the wallet, no. Hosted inference for testers who don't want to run their own is on the roadmap.
No tokens, no coins, no price chart. The wallet uses crypto for signing + identity (ECDSA keypairs on your device). The "chain anchor" is optional and purely for cross-device packet versioning.
Drop your email + one sentence about why XPUP fits your life. I read every reply and send codes in small batches.
